• How to Speed Up Your Modem (For Free!) (MTU Speed) This was hot news when everyone had modems. If you still dial-up, this can be of some use, but new versions of MSWindows have features that make this less useful.
• A free viewer for graphics (I wrote this little tool myself, years ago.) And I do mean years ago. I'm not sure why you'd want to use this anymore, but I leave it here because some of the freeware sites still have the package out there.
